[Northkeep] Rapier Practice tonight 3/5

Due to issues unforseen (some connected to war preperation, some not) neither Facon nor myself will be able to make practice tonight.? Therefore practice is officially canceled.? If anyone does show up to fight it will be unofficial.? (Just making sure everyone is clear)

Also since Facon and I will be gone next week there will be no practice next week.
