[Northkeep] where is grub n garb?

Yea that classifies at a rodent but I have know a few person who said they have a great recipe for it.  I am helping my buddy make a bunch, like 60#, of Elk summer sausage but unfortunately that is not until this weekend so I guess I will just have to keep it for myself.  Or with the proper persuasion I might share at a later date.
