[Northkeep] Broken Arrow School Demo

I live a couple of miles from woodward, I know there are a few permanent
structures we may be able to use, but theres not much significant covered
space from what I remember, I haven't really explored the park since I was a
kid, I do go sit and weave sometimes when it's nice out. If I have time I'll
go look around more. I hope we can set something up, it might catch the eye
of more people.
