just got through reading all the childrens activities , need to change the childrens knife throw to childrens axe throw ( knives bounce back farther than the children stand  ) or cancel that part .

  marksman and archery are from 10 am till 2 pm

  if allgoes right , fund raiser shoots are from 2:30 till 4:00 pm

  childrens activities on the ranges will not interupt adult activities , as they will both be set up all day.

    Castellan Event Schedule

    Friday May 30th:   5 p.m. Site opens

    Saturday, May 31st:

          8:00 a.m. Heavy armor inspection starts (List field outside main
    hall)

          9:00 a.m.  Opening Court (at Her Majesties discretion)

          10:00 a.m. Heavy tournament begins (List field)

          10:00 a.m. Bardic competitions begin (location to be announced)

          10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Archery tournament (archery field)

          10:30 a.m. A & S Competition opens (inside the main hall)

          12:30 p.m. Light armor inspection begins (by the list field)

          1:00 p.m. Light tournament begins (On the list field)

          12: 00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Marksman competition

          (Knife, axe & spear field next to Archery field)

          4:00 p.m. A & S competition closes (Main hall - please pick up your
    items!)

          5:00 p.m. Afternoon Court and Children's Court (Her Majesties
    discretion)

          5:00 p.m. Finals for Bardic Competition

          6:00 p.m. Feast begins (Main hall)

          Evening Court to follow

          Sunday, June 1st:   *Site closes at 12:00 sharp*



     Site is wet. Alcohol in period containers only. No pets on site other than
    service animals.  (Animals must have rabies papers) Under aged drinking will
    not be tolerated. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
    They may also attend with a 21 or older adult with a signed and notarized
    Minor Event Waiver form from the parents. Merchants must have valid Oklahoma
    State tax ID.

    Children's Castellan Schedule

    Children's activities will be held in the "Children's pavilion" next to the
    list field

    All parents must sign children in and donate one hour of service before
    their children can participate.

    Saturday May 31st:

    8:00 AM to 9:00 AM: Sign in your children

    9:00 – 9:30 – Jesters and A&S

    9:30-10:00- Goblets

    10:00- 10:30- Mosaics

    10:30 – 11:00 – finish other projects not done

    11:00 to 1:00 LUNCH. Please pick up your children at 11:00 AM sharp! *Take
    note of the two hour lunch time frame*

    1:00 PM:  Children's Bardic competition starts /  Stone Toss

    1:30 to 2:00 – Spear Throw

     2:00 to 2:30 - Knife Throw

    2:30 to 3:00 - Bardic ends (Winner will be decided by populace vote.  No
    children voting please.)

    3:00 to 4:30 – Everything not turned in needs to be.

    4:30 ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SIGNED OUT!

    5:00 PM Children's Court

    There will be a Castellan Winner for each of the following age

    Groups:   Smalls (3 -6 )   Children (7 - 12)   Youth (13 - 17)


    This is just a cut and paste of the schedule...  but... there it is.
