[Northkeep] Cheesemaking

I could be talked into doing a small class based on the one I took at wInterkingdom on basic cheese making.  The produced cheese is very similar to a chevre or fresh farm cheese.  I would prefer using someone's kitchen that has a more open floor-plan though, ours is small and fairly L-shaped.
