Lilies weather is /very/ variable.  
 
They've had the "lilies from H*ll", "Chilly lilies", "Water Lilies", 
etc.   Only two constants... sometime during the week there will be a 
major weather event.  Secondly, there will be more free range fun to be 
hade than  a normal individual can harvest.   Runs June 13-22.  Located 
on the north side of Kansas City it takes me 5 hours towing a trailer.

As Thorvald said...parties!  But they also run a week long University of 
Scir Havoc among other things.

Track our weather and figure it'll be pretty close to the same up there.
