Passing this along to our Hospitaler - Ungus, I believe this is for you.  Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Dear Ms. Langston,
My name is Jessica Blackstock and I work with the Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians. I am in charge of event planning with the Academy and every year we have an annual meeting either in Oklahoma City or Tulsa. Our 2009 meeting will be in Tulsa and we are looking at a Renaissance theme. June 19th is our family night and we would like to have an event (food and entertainment) that carries that Renaissance theme. I spoke with Oklahoma Castle in Muskogee but due to construction and date conflicts they will not work as an appropriate venue. I was wondering if you could perhaps offer any ideas for venues and entertainment that might work for a group of 100 (children and adults) in the Tulsa area. Thank you so much for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Jessica Blackstock
OAFP Event Coordinator
