[Northkeep] Bartlesville

If this hasn't already been said.....as my NK list is delayed for some 
reason.....but Sept 12 & 13 is the Tulsa County Kings Champion Med-Fair. 
As far as I know the Dionader and the Ensign Tournies are going to be 
held there as well.
