[Northkeep] Officers Reports

I know there is no populace this month because of the holiday.  We still
need officers' reports (and the date your office expires if you know it) for
the Saga.  There was a lot of discussion at Officers' Meeting so there ought
to be something for the Saga as well.  It's Friday.  I need those reports
before noon tomorrow.  Please and thank you.
