[Northkeep] Current head count

The big question is where.  Ansteorra land doesn't have any place to 
grow, so any land we get over last year has to come from someone else.  
Last year the North registered 83 people.  I haven't seen the final 
numbers, but this year we're looking at almost double that.  Northkeep's 
got 64, Namron's got 38, and I've heard that Mooneschadowe has over 50.  
Eldern is small this year with only 4, so that will help some.  I 
probably won't know exactly what the situation is until I get there on 
Friday.
