[Northkeep] Castellan Dates

Seems like we have this problem with the Kingdom calendar every year.  I 
wonder if we could change the wording on our PE date to read "the weekend 
after Memorial Day" instead of "the first weekend in June" ?

I have been in contact with the ranger.
June 5-7 is a scout weekend.
the weekend of May 29-31 is what we have reserved.
We are currently in negotiations with the crown and other entities to swap 
weekends with Queens Champion.
Making Castgellan May 29-31
and Queens Champion June 5-7
