I do not know if populace is on or not but if the roads worsens then I will not be coming in from Owasso.

It's precipitating, though not yet freezing, as of noon in Tulsa, and I've been hearing of ice accumulations up to one-half inch overnight.  Someone in Mooneschadowe has already slipped and fallen on ice over there.

Is populace still on for tonight at the library?
