[Northkeep] Tonight's Populace (January)

Marcus and I will not attend tonight. While some of the roads are better 
because the sun has melted some of the ice today, when it gets dark and 
the temperature falls tonight, the roads will be slick ice because of 
the re-freezing. The long ride in and the dangerous ride home will keep 
us in.
