Orion and I have already preregistered tent is approximately Base: 18' x 10 - Center height:  74" - Area:  116 sq. ft. 
then add ropes to hold it down so probably another 2 ft all the way around I'm guessing... and we'll be there whatever the first day is ... not early but on time :)
