[Northkeep] Northern Regional Fighter Practice Info?

Youth combat was not planned: but there is no reason the activity can not happen. This is an official SCA function so all of the rules will need to be followed.

The problem with today is: They just won't let you load the boys (and girls) up in the boat and sail down the coast to burn someone's damn village down.

Where/ when is it?
