Greetings,
After talking at officers meeting I am moving forward with plans for a bid from Northkeep (hopefully in conjunction with Mooneschadowe) for Queens Champion in November on the 13-15th. I would very much like to serve as Northkeep's Autocrat of this event.

The Sequoia State Park group camp that we used before is available for $350 a night plus a $200 cleaning deposit for that weekend. The site has heated and cooled cabins that sleep several people it also has a nice shower house as well as a good hall although a little smaller than we are used ti  it does have a good kitchen and an outside area that could also be used for extra seating for feast.

We need a fest bid ASAP so if any of you have a notion that you might like to vie for the honor of providing feast for this even please let me know quickly.

Please feel free to cross post this to Moonseschadowe, also if an official represetitive of the Province could contact me on this issue it would be much appreciated.
