[Northkeep] Assistance needed

Greetings unto the populous,

I could use some assistance, my car has been overheating of late, not to the point of red zone most of the time, but overheating none the less, I would like to replace the thermostat and perhaps the water pump, or the fan if that is the problem.  What I am need of is someone better at diagnosing a problem such as this better than me, tools that I am not currently in possession of, and someone that is better at this stuff than me. I am very willing to crawl under the car to work on it or assist with it but do not possess the knowledge to make sure I am doing it right and have no desire for my engine to blow up(again *sigh* but that one was not my fault LOL)  If anyone is willing to assist with this please contact me off list at facon at cox.net.
