The problem with today is: They just won't let you load the boys (and girls) up in the boat and sail down the coast to burn someone's damn village down.

Kelandra and I will be there...lets do what we can to make these special
occasions, like bringing banners on poles with portable holes to decorate the
space. bring your period chairs if you have them, and please if you do a craft
bring only some hand work to show off.

We would also like to make these practices be as demo like as possible. So
please bring your A&S displays, your bardic abilities, and your willingness
to talk to newcomers and help our barony grow. Please dress in garb. I would
love to see everyone out at these as well as the Pratville school demo coming up
on the 30th of April.

Please mark your calendars and plan to attend a fighter practice on Saturday
April 18th. We will be gathering starting at 10:30 am at Whiteside park (on 41st
between Harvard and Yale) and will continue as long as there is interest. Please
come in garb as we will be conducting this as a demo. 
 
The plan is to have these practices as often as we can find open weekends. It
is my intent to do these at various locations within the Barony so as to give
new folks a chance to meet us.
 
I will post reminders as the date draws nearer. Please feel free to pass this
on to other list that might find this of interest. Any questions can be directed
