[Northkeep] Bardic Competition at Castellan

Good afternoon Ansteorra!

The Bardic competition at Northkeep's Castellan will be held Friday, June 5th at 8PM in front of the main hall. As a change from previous years' challenge syte competition, this year will be a traditional circle-around-a-fire style event that will decide the Northkeep Title Bard and count toward the Castellan competition.

For those who are not familiar with the format of the Castellan title competition, (*)the concept of the Castellan is to determine the best all-around person to watch over and defend Northkeep.  Therefore, they need not be the best in any given area, but rather should stand out in many areas.  Therefore, each entrant for the Castellan title must enter not less than three competitions.  Of these one must be a Martial (Chivalric, Rapier, KAS, Archery), and one must be either of the Arts/Sciences or Bardic - any other competitions they choose to enter are of their own choice.  The winner of the Castellan title is determined by who places the best at the competitions they enter. Individual titles are awarded as well in each event (you don't have to compete in more than one event).
