[Northkeep] Question for the rapier community

The demo will be conducted by Calon residents, except for the C&T  
portion.  That must be done via authorized partisipants from outside  
Calontir.  I'm not aware of the specific individuals that will be  
doing the C&T portion of the demo.  I may try to be one of them, since  
in a few months I'll be the only authrized Calontir resident....
