[Northkeep] Congratulations are in order

Just wanted to make sure everyone in the Barony knows that congratulations  
are in order after King's Champion.  Our very own Centurion Evangelos is  
now His Majesty Owen's Champion.  Congratulations and a huge vivat to you  
Evangelos.  His Majesty told me that the fighting was extremely fierce and  
wonderful and that the list was huge, 56 fighters.  Quite a field to have  
excelled in.
