[Northkeep] Caisteal Cridhe recipients?

Does anyone else remember when? If not, I'll just pick out a date that looks odd (in number of recipients, since they seem to be in pairs or quads most of the time) and assign that date to it.

Kevin, who obviously didn't keep track of everything he should have.
