First Course:
-Freshly made White and Wheat Bread with flavored butters.
-Salad of iceberg and Romaine lettuce with an Italian Vinaigrette. Cucumber, carrot, green olives, and real bacon bits to be served on the side.

Second Course:
-Roast Beef Potato:  A giant baked Potato, cut open and filled with slow cooked roast beef, carrots, and onions.  Brown gravy, cheese, mushrooms, sour cream, and horseradish sauce to be served on the side.
-Bierrocks- a German pastry stuffed with sausage, onions, and cabbage.

Third Course:
-Kolache- a Czech fruit pastry.  Fillings will include Cinnamon Apple, Apricot, and Poppy Seed.
-Yoghurt with Sliced Peaches.
