Isn't Company of Wolves usually around that weekend?

Can you please check to see if the Church is available for the 13th of February?

Kindly

Hey everyone!

When I checked my e-mail this morning (copied directly from two e-mails):

One thought…we only have 15 round tables (OWU rents additional ones for their banquets), so SCA would have to bring in more as well if they are wanting more than 15 round ones. We have an 40 6ft tables, so they shouldn’t be a problem. As an additional contact (my last day here is Tues 10/13) use Executive Pastor Ed Schmidt edschmidt at okgcc.org. Upon having a new Church Administrator hired, I’m sure Ed will then pass this event onto him to over-see. Let me know if you have questions before then!

Thanks Tara!

AWESOME!!!!!! Ok, so the weekends he's talking about are the Jan. 30 and the Feb. 5. Is that Feb 5 really not that do-able? Like I said, Christmas is a big deal every Sunday for this church, and I'm betting they would say no for the December weekend. I don't really want to push our luck here if the Feb. 5 date is out of the question. I know that they also do a father-daughter valentine's thing on that weekend, so the next weekend after Feb. 5 is probably going to be out if we ask about that one. Let me know what you all want to do. If someone can come with me, we can go look at the site whenever they are available. I'm seriously stoked about this. This place is REALLY nice and I couldn't believe the price. Only around 400 for the entire building! That's the huge sanctuary for court/feast, lots of classrooms, a kitchen, plenty of parking, outdoor space, and NO extra charge for using their tables! When you see it, you'll be happy--I'm sure.

Tara *the crossing fingers and praying paid off :D*

> Now there is one option which I just heard about... which was the Kingdom is looking for a site for Kingdom A&S, that event usually works best as a stand alone event but it can be grouped with another event and it is scheduled for Feburary 13th. We could combine the Kingdom A&S along with an Interkingdom peace event hosting a small college...but I think that the site best suited for this would be the Catholic School in Tulsa or the Paine County Fairgrounds in Stillwater.
