[Northkeep] Creek vs Chandler

I just got my note from Ciana about how much the Chandler park site will be.. Ive been to both the Creek co. fairegrounds, its okay, its a good place and its price is good.

The Chandler Park site obviously has the fabulous park to support it and it is a brand new facility, but its pricey. 

(I forgot LaFortunes kitchen didn't have  stove...foo)

So my thought is that its a toss up, what we don't spend on site for Creek, we will spend on renting or making space dividers for classrooms. don't know how much but does that level the field between the two?
