    I'm still waiting to hear back from the Methodist Church...I'll be nagging them again today.  What is the cost of this site and are any of the dates ok?

I found a possible site for Winterkingdom.  Creek County Fairgrounds
http://www.creekcountyfairgrounds.com/ is very reasonable.  I talked with
Judy Montgomery, Senior Secretary, 224-2192, and she said the following
dates are available:  Dec 4-5 (although the evening of Dec 5 there will be a
rodeo in another arena), Dec 25-26, Jan 1-2, and Jan 15-16.  She recommended
the large meeting room (I think it's perhaps 5,000 sq ft) with the
attached kitchen, and set up dividers.  They even supply tables, chairs,
etc.  Check out the website, and if you're interested, you might want to go
over and take a tour.  It is right off Interstate 44 at Sapulpa on Route 66,
very easy to find.  AND camping is allowed with hookups.  Since this is in
my neck of the woods, I will do whatever I can to help out here.  The local
newspaper (Sapulpa Herald) is sure to do an article on it.  The Chamber of
Commerce will provide whatever assistance they can.
If you're not happy with Creek County, a friend recommended Claremore/Rogers
county fairgrounds--they are supposed to be good, but I've never been there.
