Straight from the wonderful Elisabeth de Calais,
Starters-
Cheeses and marinated mushrooms
 
1st Course-
Pork topped with Bacon, date & pecan sauce
Rice
 
2nd Course-
Vegetable soup
Bread
 
3rd Course-
Beef with toasted cheese
bacon wrapped green beans
Pasta w/ cinnamon walnut sauce
 
(I understand that the dessert will be wedding cake provided by the bride and groom!)I will be happy to provide ingredient info, individually, as needed!
