[Northkeep] Camp Wah-Shah-She, Fair of the Harvest event sight

We used Wah-Shah-She for Interkingdom back in 1993.  I really liked the site
and always hoped we would use it again someday.  As I recall the site was
very spread out, and if you used the cabins and the main hall it was a
pretty good walk.  I look forward to the event.
