[Northkeep] What is the plan?

There will be no Friday set-up!
Set-up at the Bernsen Center will begin at 7AM or a little before; "before" will be putting out signs & getting the things to stay at the Bernsen Center out of the trailor, etc.
At 8, gate will open at the Bernsen Center; hopefully, what set-up there is will be complete there.  Set-up & decorating will start at the VFW at 8.  Gate there (thank you BUNCHES Jutte, Kali & Meran; the fighters, kitchen staff & I appreciate you!) will open about 8:80.
Gate will close at the Bernsen Center at 1 & at the VFW as soon as Jutte can get there to shut it down after she finishes at the other site.
Clean-up at the Bernsen Center will begin aa classes end at 5:20.  We must be out of there by 6.
Please speak to the Cook if you are interested in cooking or serving.  We deffinitely need clean-up people for after feast!
We still have openings at Gate that need filling (for those whose skills make that an option). . . .
