I would like to add to Sir Angus's comments about Freecycle - please be sure 
to read their rules before posting.  They have very strict rules about the 
information that must be included in your posts.  There is another similar 
list that you can post things you're selling on - can't remember the name 
but I'll dig it up.......

My post is primarly to Rene, but I think this information may be useful to 
all...

There is a Yahoo group known as freecycle.
Its primary purpose is to keep usefull things out of Dumps and Landfills.

If you have things, that you dont want or need you can Post an OFFER

and this is the relavent part,

If you have things you need, maybe a sewing machine,
you can post WANTED

Subject: [Northkeep] Another result of Winterkingdom


I have had to live without a working sewing machine for almost 4 years due 
to financial issues, its just one of those things that fell by the wayside.
Loren took the "Care and Feeding of Sewing Machines" at winterkingdom this 
year. He broke out the machine and went through all the stuff he learned in 
the class.
Then he turned on my machine and it ran like a champ!!!!!!!!!!!!
NO MORE 60$ bills for getting our machine serviced!
Thank you, whoever taught the class, Loren doesn't remember your name, but I 
really appreciate you!
