[Northkeep] Officers' Meeting

I know that Officers' Meeting is at Fighter Practice on Wed, but was wondering about the time. OM usually starts at 6:30, while FP begins at 7:00pm.  Thorvald usually arrives before 6pm to open the VFW, so will OM begin at 6:30 like usual, earlier, later? I personally wouldn't mind earlier so that we can still fight/paint/visit.
