[Northkeep] What is the plan?

Greetings,


Curiosity drives me to ask what ther current plan is for the set up of this weekend's event? We were wanting to help possibly with the set up but did not know when, where, or what might be needed.

If we had been at populace meeting this month the question might have already been answered...but since we were not if one of those in charge would kindly fill us in and please provide guidance to where we would be most useful it would be much appreciated.
