[Northkeep] Fabric cleanout

Its neutral. ....and to be more clear (I've received no less than 6 emails
requesting specific colors) neutral = beige....light beige, medium beige,
maybe even some dark beige...but still beige.

So far, all of the colored stuff we've come across (and it's slim pickings
there) have been claimed.
