[Northkeep] northkeep ranges reopened effective now !!!!

greetings 
while I was under a trailer repairing my grandmothers plumbing, today , some busy little beavers 
( aka northkeep archers ) came by and rebuilt / repaired and improved the foot bridge , once again giving access to the missile ranges yay !!!  

northkeep missile ranges are now open !!

practice is scheduled to resume Sunday if its not actually raining !! ( buckets )
