[Northkeep] Red Tape options

Greetings Northkeep,
With the permissions of their excellencies we are attempting to enter a bid from Northkeep for the Kings Round Table event. We need a site. Some thought are TU, the Building where we held Winterkingdom, and the Saint Peter and Paul's school....what we need is some place affordable as there is no cash return for putting on this event so free would be best and cheap would be better.

If any of you have suggestions where a large business conference gathering like the kingdom red tape events could occur, a gathering that needs one large area for the big meetings and multiple smaller rooms for department meetings, that will allow food to be brought in please let us know.
