It took a little digging to find it, but there is a list of historical  
Ansteorran branches at http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/docs/histbranchlist.php

Twr Gwath is probably an earlier spelling of the registered group name  
Twr Cath.  Twr Cath is the dormant University of Houston branch.
