Subject: [Northkeep] Armor / leather work help?

I have an item that I purchased a while back - it's a pair of what I think
are called Pauldrons -- i.e. shoulder armor.  I would like to hire / pay /
barter someone to polish them and put straps on them, so they are 'gift
basket ready'...
