[Northkeep] A most abject apology, long over due

Bless your heart! I do not know what happened but I am sure that no offense
should be taken. We all have our human moments and what was said on a bad
day should be forgiven. Sounds like both of you need a hug, so I will send
one your way. I hope that all gets better for you soon.
