[Northkeep] semi regular pot luck

it has been pointed out that i don't have a lot of parking here, ( maybe 20 
vehicles if parked right ) so if people do show up for either occasion 
parking will probably have to be directed , forwarned is forarmed ( thats 
why fighters wear bracers for protection ; )
