[Northkeep] Deputy Hospitaler

Some may know, some may not. William of Northkeep (Bill) is my Deputy
Hospitaler. He will be handling things over the next few months while
I show him the ropes! He is an awesome guy and has always been there
for us. Although I am still here for anything you need, direct all
Hospitaler type thingies to him as I will be working with him on said
