[Northkeep] Earthquake in Tulsa

[Northern Seneschal]

Earthquake was centered about 6-10 miles east of Norman.  It
registered as a 4.5 magnitude quake and was felt over a wide area (as
noted).  USGS placed it about 5 km under the surface.

I had a former Californian in my office shortly after the shake and
rumble I heard here in NW OKC saying he hadn't thought to feel THAT
since coming to Oklahoma.
