[Northkeep] Raffle at Chemin Noir

I am going to try to make it to fighter practice and help with site tokens if we dont get them done i'll take them finish the remainder tonight at vondals. if thats ok.will be pushing it time wise slight vague chance i'll be late hoping not though.yis eve
