So is the archery range something SCA related or is it a fair thing? If it is 
next to the SCA then I think that will work but if it is not then I am thinking 
having a model Trebuchet set up at our area would also be of benefit to our 
demonstrations.

I was wondering with the threat of severe thunderstorms for tonight if we wanted 
to hold off setting up the pavilions until the morning...or not. It would mean 
an early and hurried set up on Saturday but that is not unusual.

With Saturday being 9/11 I think the black bands will serve as both a reminder 
of that day and as a memorial to our fallen friends.
