I would echo Ismet's earlier note.  

If you are looking for a particular level of real estate, school requirements, and drive times to work, then Anawyn's husband could likely take those requirements and recommend two or three neighborhoods to drive through.  He doesn't have to show you houses at this point but he could likely recommend neighborhoods that meet your requirements.

Also, if your daughter has any special areas of study (orchestra, etc.) you might mention those and people can share if there are magnet schools or particular schools that excel in that area.
