greetings

sorry I used to live in blacklake , and it is far enough away, that it would 
cause undue hardship on that group to be added to the #1 region, as very few 
people from the #1 region could afford to drive that far to go to their 
events, better for them, to keep them with their closer groups and barony .
just my opinion , but pretty common sense.
