Many things to do......not a lot of time to worry about all of them.  It will be hot out.  You may want to consider that when you think of what you want to do.  We have a lot of things to do here.  There is a huge selection of restaurants including about a dozen different cultures and their cuisines. 
 
As far as cultural and learning experiences, there really are too many to list.  I would suggest seriously that you google whatever you may want, print it out and toss a dart.  Odds are that you will find something enjoyable, THATS how many cool things there are around here
