Please pardon the nature of this drive-by posting, but I recall Ladies Tamberlin and Jen being interested in helms. There are a couple being advertised by a standup guy on the Armour Archive at what I think is exceptional value.

Please contact me off-list, if interestedf, and I'll pass along contact info. The helms are a 14g Crusader and a 14g Crusader Spangenhelm...I'd be tempted to buy one or both myself.
