[Northkeep] An Invasion Averted

greetings

actually has anyone taken an accouting of the dept of the navy in recent 
times ??
it would be interesting to see how many ships, and where they are berthed , 
as well as who is in charge of maintaining them.
the crowns may be due extra taxes if those ships are being used to " rescue 
" treasures or nobles from other lands,
or perhaps, the crowns could be persuaded to send funds to help maintain 
some ships if they are successfully fending off atacks from other lands, ( 
especialy those sneaky trimarins )

how would one go about discovering how many ships belong to the ansteorran 
navy ??, and how many to her lands with ports ?? , and how many private 
vessels as well  ( with " official " letters from the crowns, no pirate 
vessels ; )
