greetings 

 for the curious , the tree flavored ( also brown ) snow ice cream was wonderful !!

to recap,
dark brown snow ice cream = chocolate, to my taste buds , better than store bought  chocolate ice cream.
yellow snow ice cream = lemon , way too lemony : ( , but great pucker potential ; )
light brown / tree flavored snow ice cream = maple , very yummy
red snow ice cream = strawberry , my favorite so far .
