Spiceology had some paprikas.
 
Herbs and spices for Dummies.  I've had a similar experience when trying to find something out of the ordinary.  Even Whole Paycheck doesn't carry much that Reasor's and Wally World don't.  The Indian and Middle Eastern stores can only fill in a little of the gap.
